This article says that companies should pay more attention to inclusion when it is related to diversity. 

Moving further, according to the data of the hundred companies from the year 2014 there is a slight growth of diversity. Some companies have a little change, some even dropped back, and some has huge gain in a matter of diversity. According to the analysis from 2019, it has been found that top quartile companies’ gender diversity and ethnic diversity with executive teams have more above average profitability by 25%. In a matter of cultural diversity and ethnic diversity, businesses are growing up a bit because top-quartile were at 33% in profitability but slightly up in 2019 by 36%. While overall progress is very slow because female representation on executive teams was 15% in the year 2014 but in the year 2019 it had gradually slight up with 20% only. Next, to understand why inclusion matters and what factors are important to employees, inclusion-related indicators analysis is the first step. There are three indications of inclusion- openness, equality, and belonging. For equality, there is a high number of negative sentiments. In the analysis of industries, negative sentiments are recorded as 63% to 80%. The openness, which includes bias and discrimination, has negative sentiments about 38 to 56 and belonging has overall positive sentiment. according to the data from the article, the sentiment for diversity was positive but for the inclusion, sentiments were negative and marked as worse. 

Overall, the article explains about Diversity wins as there is data which showed the progress of companies before and after applying cultural and ethnic diversity. Also, how inclusions are matters to the business.
