5. Going deeper with diversity and inclusion

The article name "Going deeper with diversity and inclusion" is written by WP Brandstudio and published on January 5, 2021. the article starts with the name of Mark Mathew, a black executive in the white sector, he has worked in six or seven organizations in his career. Most of those workplaces did not engage with diversity as they should have. there was a lack of "an appreciation of "how the learning into inclusion  can create a rich business environment."

For a "good faith effort" to truly occur, Mathewson said, work environments need to go further than setting up handy solutions, similar to diversity awareness coaching programs. Employers need to handle maintenance and assemble a climate where representatives feel like they have a place, for example, they can raise their voice and make participation, and to make sure if their requirements will really be met. moving further, while comprehensive recruiting isn't the main thing expected to construct a different work environment, it's is an important step without any doubt. According to Ellen Taaffe, clinical assistant professor of the initiative at Northwestern College's Kellogg School of Management, Furthermore, all together for an organization to be truly comprehensive, they need to hire "a different arrangement of individuals at all levels of the association," which means workers of shading will not be consigned to one office or rank level. Next, according to a section from the article, "A generational push toward greater workplace diversity," Organizational diversity is also promoted by a younger generation of workers. For example, 83% of Gen Z candidates take into account the company's commitment to diversity and inclusiveness when choosing a job. Millennials and Gen Z members have "grown up with increased diversity around them," so they are likely to take a position if they don't include peers, Taaffe said. They may also get to work with a more subtle understanding of identity.

1. This article should be applied to other workplaces as well all businesses should appreciate diversity because it is important to make a rich business environment. however, all of them provide diversity awareness programs to all the employees so diversity will be common for everyone.

2. In the future, I will provide an awareness program to my employees so they will get to know about people from other communities and see people with one eye. So in this everyone will feel important and think they have a place at the workplace. it will provide a comfortable working environment and the best for everyone.
