1. Employees from other workplaces should learn from this data that most people accept that diversity is better for the country in many ways. more than 50% of whites, blacks, and Hispanics say that ethnic and racial diversity is positive so other workplaces should follow this as well.
2. I believe in this article as well because as like Americans, I can see advantages as the country's growing racial and ethnic diversity. As I know many students from India work hard in Canada and support the economy of the country.
