The speaker says we should stop saying about work "Diversity" because this word is misguiding us and our brains do not care about it. She said, "99.9% of us have unconscious biases at some levels because of our Limbic brain"  It happens from the old days when we live in the caves and we react differently when we say people who look different from others. The article named "Moving beyond diversity toward racial equity" was published on June 16, 2020, by the writer named Ben Hecht. This article was posted under the famous site "Harvard business review." the article says, w ith anti-racist  protests  flooding  the United States,  it's  clear that returning to  "normal business" isn't  good for business.  While it's  clear  that today's  corporate diversity efforts are lacking, white  executives are unsure what should be their further steps.  One solution is to  start by modifying  some people to fit  your organization and focus on reforming your  organization to  fit everyone. To do this, you need  to  understand  how power works and  use  it  to drive change. Make sure  that  the  conflict is understood and  accepted  as part of the  process. Work on  learning and  long-term  ...

5. Going deeper with diversity and inclusion

The article name "Going deeper with diversity and inclusion" is written by WP Brandstudio and published on January 5, 2021. the article starts with the name of Mark Mathew, a black executive in the white sector, he has worked in six or seven organizations in his career.
